About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of diverse architectural projects. Based in Liverpool , this role requires a blend of architectural understanding and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from inception and planning through to execution and closeout, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement process, contract administration, and site supervision activities.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with UK Building Regulations , planning policies, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Professional qualification as an Architect or a related degree in construction management or architecture.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and contract law.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and common design tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and resolve conflicts effectively.
