Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment across diverse disciplines.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges proactively.

- Communicate project status, key milestones, and critical issues effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within the aerospace or defense industry .
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, supply chains, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and agile methodologies.
