About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead a variety of exciting construction and renovation projects in Cardiff . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management within the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is advantageous.
