About the Role
Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse construction projects in the Reading area. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise and strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery from inception to handover. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality control, working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all architectural aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external design teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee site progress, quality control, and compliance with project plans.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist with project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
