About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of diverse construction projects from inception to completion in Reading . Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or in a senior project delivery role.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and standard architectural software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; professional accreditation is a plus.
