About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and organized Aviation Project Manager to lead critical projects within their organization, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is central to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse aviation-related initiatives, from new technology implementations to operational improvements. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the aerospace or aviation sector, working effectively in a distributed team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the aviation or aerospace industry.
