About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Project Manager to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives within their fully remote operational framework. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of key HR projects, from system implementations to policy rollouts, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate extensively with HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals, championing change management and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes or technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and policy development.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track progress, and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems by employees.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for future improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar project management role within an HR context.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex HR projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management , communication, and influencing.
- Experience with HRIS implementations or other HR technology projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting and drive results.
