About the Role

You will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and client teams. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the aviation industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
