About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion in Reading . You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of projects, tracking progress and managing risks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to all relevant parties.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Lead project team meetings and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large-scale telecommunications projects.
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the telecoms sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with network technologies, infrastructure deployment, and operational challenges.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
