About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Digital Project Manager to oversee digital projects from initiation to completion within their Nottingham office. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and excellent leadership skills to guide project teams effectively. You will ensure all projects meet objectives and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage project budgets and ensure all financial aspects are tracked and controlled.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management within the digital or technology sector.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Understanding of web development, digital marketing, and design processes.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
