Project Manager – Global SaaS & Hardware Implementation (Hybrid | Belfast)

Our client is a high-growth, Irish-founded business that designs and manufactures its own innovative tech products, working with some of the world’s largest corporations. With a modern tech stack, a talented team, and a strong global presence, they offer a unique mix of autonomy, collaboration , and cutting-edge projects .

Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple global software + hardware implementation projects
Act as the primary client contact , ensuring smooth communication and delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams
Drive project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Travel internationally once per month to meet clients and lead on-site implementation
Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
Strong background working across both software and hardware projects
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex, global projects with multiple moving parts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel internationally once per month
