The Role
You ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, working within a collaborative consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and remediation projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including programmes, risk registers, and reports
- Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Oversee cost management, procurement, and change control processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities
- Contribute to business development through professional engagement and project delivery excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally working towards, or already holding, APM, RICS, or CIOB accreditation
- Proven experience delivering residential or remediation projects, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration (NEC/JCT), and project controls
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required
