- Own the ERP Improvement plan end to end - scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Run a mix of waterfall and agile ways of working, choosing the right approach per phase/workstream
- Keep the team and stakeholders accountable to the plan, tracking progress and unblocking issues fast
- Report on status, risks, and decisions to leadership
Requirements
- Proven ERP project management experience, comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Highly structured, organised, and able to hold a team to a plan
- Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
- Based in or able to commute to Glasgow 4-5 days a week
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is a bonus
