The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Working alongside clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll be responsible for programme management, procurement, project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance and overall project success.
A major attraction of this opportunity is that you'll typically be involved from the outset, allowing you to influence strategy, planning and delivery from day one rather than inheriting problematic projects halfway through.

The Requirements You will currently be working as a Mechanical Project Manager, Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager within the Building Services sector.
You should have a proven track record delivering mechanical packages on commercial, healthcare, education or similar projects, with experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and project teams are essential.
