About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Blockchain Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within their crypto and blockchain division in Sheffield . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of blockchain projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technologies and agile methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the successful execution of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Experience with project management software and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
