About the Role
Our client, a key player in the Crypto & Blockchain sector, is looking for a dynamic Blockchain Project Manager to oversee and drive their innovative projects. Based in Wolverhampton , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of blockchain technology to effectively guide diverse teams towards successful outcomes in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for blockchain initiatives .
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient task execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and compliant with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
- Demonstrable understanding of blockchain technology , cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Experience managing complex projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
