In this role, based at our Mount Sinai Hospital campus, you will drive key capital strategy projects within the Capital and Planning Strategy Team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clinical leadership and overseeing project compliance with strategic guidelines and health sector standards. This position requires adept project management and change management skills to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple capital project initiatives efficiently
• Engage diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Analyze and identify potential efficiencies in planning processes
• Create project budgets and manage financial forecasts
• Report progress and outcomes to various oversight committees
Requirements:
• Accredited degree in Engineering Technology or Construction
• Five years’ experience in healthcare project management
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare planning guidelines
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
