Job Description
You will lead the transition of Sava Technologies Ltd.'s manufacturing from pilot-scale to full commercial production. As the primary owner of the automation equipment lifecycle, you will manage end-to-end delivery—from design and quoting to vendor management and installation—ensuring our revolutionary microsensor technology reaches the global market by 2027.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a real-time, comprehensive overview of all automation projects, mapping equipment status and critical design timelines.
- Manage high-stakes relationships with external vendors, proactively identifying risks and blockers to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing equipment.
- Partner with internal engineering teams and stakeholders to support strategic decisions on capacity ramp-up and equipment redesign for commercial scaling.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses a strong engineering background, specifically within automation or mechanical engineering, with proven experience managing complex automation projects.
- Demonstrates exceptional coordination and planning skills, with the foresight to identify dependencies and mitigate risks before they impact the schedule.
- Has a track record of successfully managing external equipment suppliers and ideally experience moving production from pilot to fully commercial manufacturing.
