We're seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in construction and facilities management to join our growing team. Based in Nottingham, this role will manage a variety of projects across the UK, ensuring delivery safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction and FM projects from planning through to completion and handover.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and programme requirements.
- Deliver projects safely and efficiently within live operational environments, minimising disruption to client activities.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and site activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures.
- Drive performance to achieve client satisfaction, quality outcomes, and value for money.
- Provide strong leadership and communication across all stakeholders and disciplines.
What You'll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Experience with project management within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Experience delivering complex projects in live operational environments.
- Excellent partner engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and project budgets.
- Experience with CDM regulations and possession of SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) desirable.
- PRINCE2 or other formal project management qualification advantageous.
- Asbestos awareness
- Legionella awareness
- LOLER awareness
- Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays.
- Full UK driving licence.
