Job Summary:
The Enterprise Project Manager - Executive will provide transitional and temporary executive leadership for the divisional department of Network Infrastructure Services. This interim executive director role requires overseeing enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing cross-functional teams. The position is fully onsite in Columbia, South Carolina, and is intended as a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and management for Network Infrastructure Services division.
- Oversee and coordinate enterprise-level projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between departments and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security requirements.
- Support transitional activities during the interim period to maintain operational continuity.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in project management at an enterprise or executive level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbia, South Carolina.
- Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate at own expense prior to start.
- Security clearance or ability to meet security requirements.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in managing network infrastructure or IT services projects.
- Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
- Previous experience in interim or transitional leadership roles.
Special Considerations:
- Role is fully onsite at 601 Sumter St, Columbia, South Carolina.
- Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate prior to starting.
- Security clearance is required.
- Withdrawn candidates cannot be replaced.
Scheduling:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Contract duration is 9 months starting 09/01/2026, with possibility for extension.
- Interview process consists of one in-person round.
