Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc.
In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams across areas including Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Technology, Finance, and other business functions to help translate strategic priorities into clear plans and successful execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with business acumen, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships across an organization. Experience within CPG, eCommerce, retail, consumer products, consumer brands, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision logs, status reporting, and action plans.
- Translate strategic business priorities into clear objectives, deliverables, ownership, and execution plans.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
- Build strong relationships across business functions and levels of leadership.
- Influence stakeholders and drive accountability to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Facilitate productive conversations across teams with differing priorities and business objectives.
- Prepare clear, concise, executive-ready project updates, presentations, dashboards, and decision materials.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner across business and technical teams while maintaining focus on the broader end-to-end enterprise initiative.
- Support organizational change associated with enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, collaboration, visibility, and execution.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of Enterprise PMO processes, standards, governance, and ways of working.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably supporting complex enterprise or transformation initiatives.
- Experience within CPG, eCommerce, retail, consumer products, consumer brands, or a closely related environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects that span multiple business functions.
- Experience working within or alongside a PMO environment with an understanding of project governance, standards, reporting, and delivery practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence and create accountability across teams.
- Experience communicating with and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of how multiple functions work together to deliver enterprise initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred but not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
