To support IT projects for a client, the contract Child Welfare Project Manager will manage one to three projects simultaneously using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, requiring extensive experience in state-level Child Welfare agencies and software development. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, plan, and evaluate projects using established PMO methodologies and Scrum practices Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, and risk logs while monitoring project costs and deliverables Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, and stakeholder interests effectively Required Qualifications 10-12+ years of overall project management experience 1-3+ years of experience working on state Child Welfare projects or with a Child Welfare agency Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts including information security, networking, and databases
