Leading complex enterprise implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Project Manager will manage project governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while mentoring other project managers and supporting pre-sales scoping. Key Responsibilities Define and manage project scope, governance frameworks, and implementation schedules for high-visibility enterprise engagements Serve as the primary project lead, managing relationships with C-level and VP-level client stakeholders and communicating project status effectively Coordinate activities across various teams to ensure planned and documented handoffs before client-facing transitions Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare technology Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-product, or multi-site enterprise implementations Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage C-level client relationships and complex organizational dynamics PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is preferred
