To support the strategic technology transformation program, the full-time Project Manager, IT Transformation will manage and monitor compliance with Project Orion's consolidated workplan, ensuring alignment between workstreams and facilitating project activities in a hybrid work environment based in Arlington, VA. Key responsibilities Maintain and monitor compliance with Project Orion's consolidated workplan, tracking milestones, risks, and delivery gates Coordinate activities between project leadership and workstreams, facilitating logistics for meetings and planning sessions Provide weekly and monthly status reports, tracking resource utilization and budget compliance Required qualifications Significant PMO experience in managing projects, preferably in the IT sector Demonstrated experience with defined project management approaches (PMBOK, Prince 2, etc.) Experience managing formal project governance processes, including scheduling and reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities across different operating companies
