To enhance the firm's legal project management capabilities, the full-time Legal Project Management Finance Manager will develop financial reporting and analytics, monitor legal matters' financial performance, and collaborate with various departments to improve profitability and operational effectiveness, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure matter performance and profitability Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving operational effectiveness Prepare financial analyses and executive-level reports to support strategic decision-making by firm leadership Required Qualifications An undergraduate degree is required Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, including three years in legal project management, is preferred Strong understanding of law firm economics, including pricing and profitability Experience with financial reporting tools and business intelligence platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
