Leading complex technology initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager will oversee projects related to Epic integrations, enterprise applications, and infrastructure deployments while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient care. Key responsibilities Lead healthcare technology initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures while managing risks and stakeholder communication Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Seven or more years of experience leading complex IT projects within healthcare or enterprise environments Experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, or Jira preferred
