General Attributes
- Automotive experience preferred, retail media experience required
- Ability to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget by defining project scope, planning tasks, managing resources, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders
- Developing project plans
- Overseeing budgets and schedules
- Identifying and mitigating risks efficiently
- Documenting project requirements, processes, and expectations to ensure successful project delivery and overall business performance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and a clear communicator
- Proactive, independent and the ability to operate in ambiguity
Duties include:
- Management of Traditional and Digital media go-to-market process across cross-functional teams and departments
- Management of Creative Production process across cross-functional teams
- Master coordination across PureCars and External Partnership for meeting, initiatives and enterprise client goals.
- Project modeling, planning and management end to end.
Leadership/Mgmt:
- Own timelines and master scheduling for all channel and initiatives across PureCars integrated agency team
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for meeting logistics and follow-up with key stakeholders and department leads
- Constantly evolving and growing key stakeholder processes across information sharing, expectation setting and management of key priorities.
- Evaluate process end to end to identify efficiencies, dependencies and roadblocks
- Develop cross functional playbooks for improved ways of working.
Manditories
- PMP Certification
- Sigma Six
- PMI Cert
- Monday.com proficiency (or willingness to become certified within 30 days)
- JIRA/Confluence certification
- Miro experience a plus, not required
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 familiarity a plus, not required
- Traditional media/Media Buying familiarity a plus, not requested
- Ability to think strategically, proactively to problem solve and develop independently
