What This Role Will Do
- Own day‑to‑day delivery coordination and governance execution
- Maintain accurate tracking of actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
- Provide clear, visibility of what is open, blocked, or at risk
- Drive follow‑ups and closure of actions to maintain execution discipline
- Support senior team members by removing administrative and tracking overhead
What This Role Will Not Do
- Own CX strategy, roadmap definition, or initiative prioritization
- Take accountability for business outcomes or final decision‑making
- Perform specialist platform configuration or technical build activities
This role is explicitly designed to support execution and governance, not to shift strategic ownership or dilute senior accountability.
