About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, within budget, and ahead of schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial conception to final completion and occupancy.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site supervisors, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and assurance processes throughout the construction lifecycle.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management .
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and relevant UK regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and BIM technology .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
