Overview Senior Project Manager role within Turner & Townsend’s Central South team to lead end-to-end project delivery on infrastructure projects, acting as the main client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost and quality targets are met. You will manage large, sometimes complex commissions and guide cross-functional teams to deliver against agreed plans. This is an opportunity to progress toward a senior leadership position on high-impact transportation, utilities and highways schemes.
Responsibilities - Provide strategic project inception advice and select approaches to meet objectives
- Define and maintain project requirements and success criteria
- Establish governance, processes and systems for project delivery
- Create and manage master project plan and activity schedules
- Develop resource and procurement plans; lead cross-functional project team
- Apply performance management with KPIs to improve delivery
- Oversee change control, budgeting and cost forecasting
- Manage information flow with client and stakeholders via meetings and reports
- Identify risks and implement mitigations
- Prepare progress reports and maintain quality, safety, and environmental planning
- Interface with client, consultants and stakeholders across project stages
- Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks
- Plan for ongoing quality, safety, health and environment management
