Overview In this role you will lead delivery of high-volume PIA FTTH telecoms projects, coordinating civils, underground fibre, splicing and overhead works. You will manage Supervisors, staff and subcontractors to meet safety, quality and streetworks standards while tracking KPI performance and budgets. You’ll drive progress through regular client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring milestones are met on time. Responsibilities - Oversee high-volume PIA FTTH projects involving civils, underground fibre, splicing and overhead works
- Manage Supervisors, staff and subcontractors to deliver schemes within timeframes and budgets
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Streetworks guidelines
- Monitor KPI performance and productivity of the workforce
- Hold regular review meetings with subcontractors and verify allocated work completed
- Act as primary client liaison and lead progress meetings with stakeholders
