Overview In this role you will manage eCOA project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex studies, ensuring delivery standards. You will be the main client contact for live/maintenance eCOA projects and lead regular updates with clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage budget and change requests, and support quality investigations as the eCOA subject-matter expert. The position involves some travel for Investigator Meetings and close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive timely, compliant delivery.
Responsibilities - Serve as main client contact for eCOA studies in live/maintenance
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly client update meetings
- Travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (approximately 10%)
- Lead system change efforts including design calls and impact reviews
- Communicate costs and timelines to stakeholders
- Coordinate documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, study materials, and change orders
- Monitor trends to identify risks and support ongoing project activities
- Support quality investigations as eCOA project SME with PM support
- Manage budget and scoping for additional work
Key requirements - 1 year of project management experience in digital health or software lifecycle/development
- eCOA experience preferred
