Responsibilities - Lead lighting-led technical delivery across live events
- Coordinate technical teams on multiple projects
- Interpret client briefs and develop technical solutions
- Produce quotations, proposals and technical documentation
- Oversee integration of lighting, audio, video and scenic systems
- Lead on-site delivery and resolve technical issues in real time
- Manage client relationships throughout project delivery
- Monitor budgets, timelines and project performance
- Support and mentor team members
Key requirements - 6+ years in live events / technical production
- Strong lighting design and delivery experience (essential)
- Background in Technical Project Manager/Production Manager roles
- Good understanding of AV systems (lighting, audio, video)
- Experience delivering end-to-end live event projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Full UK driving licence preferred
