Overview Join Murphy’s Energy Team as Civil Senior Project Manager on the SSE ASTI Framework. You will be fully accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, and within contract and budget. You will set project standards, manage issues, and ensure programmes are planned and delivered. Lead site teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and control resources, cost and commercial performance. This is a high-impact role within a leading EPC contractor focused on energy transmission, distribution and the energy transition.

Responsibilities - Accountable for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery per contract
- Set and uphold project standards across the contract
- Identify and resolve issues in a controlled manner
- Plan, review and deliver contract programmes
- Line management of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Section Managers
- Manage client relationships and provide updates to internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure operating plans secure resources and materials
- Resolve operational issues with guidance from the Project Director
- Oversee all commercial activities including gross margin and cost control
- Manage subcontractor performance and related financial metrics
Key requirements - Experience delivering HV Transmission & Distribution or Major Civils projects
- Experience in a Senior Project Manager role
- HNC / HND or NVQ Level 5 (or Degree)
- Experience on complex multi-discipline enhancement projects with programme and cost controls
