Overview In this role you will lead capital and improvement projects across a heavy industrial manufacturing site. You will manage projects from concept to completion, delivering plant upgrades, infrastructure improvements and process enhancements. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, HSEQ and R&D to improve plant reliability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities - Manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
