Overview As a Project Manager at Vistry South East Midlands, you will plan, coordinate and oversee large timber frame housing developments from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules and resources, coordinating with Partners, Customers and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards. You will lead a safety-focused team on timber frame sites and optimise performance across technical and commercial aspects. This role offers continuity on multiple Leicester-area projects and opportunities to shape timber frame delivery at scale.

Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and oversee timber frame housing projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources and teams
- Liaise with partners, customers, contractors and stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks, issues and compliance
- Lead site safety and ensure fire safety on timber frame sites
- Direct project meetings and coordinate internal and external teams
- Analyse technical and commercial aspects and apply time, cost, quality solutions
- Maintain project programme and ensure timely completion
- Foster a positive team environment and develop team members
Key requirements - Experience on large new-build timber frame housing developments
- Experience in Health and Safety management on timber frame sites
- Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects and apply solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Commitment to high quality, safe project delivery
- Desirable: CIOB qualification or equivalent, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and relevant safety certifications
