Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate timber frame housing project from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and project teams
- Liaise with partners, customers, contractors and stakeholders
- Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues
- Ensure safety, fire safety and quality standards on site
- Lead project meetings and coordinate internal/external teams
- Control costs, time, and scope; align decisions with commercial considerations

- Maintain project programme and adherence to on-site processes
- Oversee communication with customers and stakeholders
