Overview In this role you will lead a range of projects across business change, transformation and integration of acquisitions within a fast-growing technology services provider. You will collaborate across functions to deliver business improvements and report progress to directors, shaping the company’s growth trajectory. The role blends strategic project leadership with change management in a tech/subscription environment. You will work on high-impact initiatives that align with the firm’s transformation goals.
Responsibilities - Manage a range of projects spanning business change and transformation
- Lead the merger and integration of newly acquired businesses
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver business improvement projects
- Provide regular progress updates to directors
Key requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience leading on strategic business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of technical and software-based sectors
- Experience leading change management, mergers and business improvement projects
- ITIL, Prince2 or similar qualification preferred
- Experience in technology or subscription-based organisations
- Previous roles such as Head of Transformation, Senior Project Manager, or PMO
