Overview In this role you will lead civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required safety and quality standards. You will oversee sites nationwide, coordinating with design teams, site managers, subcontractors and clients to drive project success. The position focuses on planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on mentoring site teams. This is a hands-on, cross-site leadership role that contributes to delivering major civil projects and improving site performance.
