Responsibilities - Lead delivery of major office fit-out projects from initiation to handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Ensure safety, programme adherence, quality and budget compliance
- Maintain strong client-facing and stakeholder relationships
- Manage on-site delivery with practical, commercial oversight
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment
Key requirements - 8+ years' PM experience in construction/fit-out
- Strong background in office fit-out and corporate client projects
- Proven track record delivering £5m+ projects
- On-site delivery experience with practical project understanding
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management
- Strong technical and commercial understanding with good communication
- Ambition to develop and take on more responsibility
- Team player with a positive, social working attitude
- Knowledge of programme management, quality, health & safety and subcontractor management
