Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages for major Data Centre projects across Europe, coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors. You will own programme, cost, quality and safety, driving commissioning and handover while ensuring compliance with QA/QC and H&S standards. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage risks, budgets and project performance, shaping scalable, technically complex facilities. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP packages from pre-construction to handover
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders across MEP disciplines
- Own programme, cost, quality, safety and project performance
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning
- Oversee subcontractor progress, resources, variations and commercial performance
- Lead client, design, engineering, planning and coordination meetings
- Monitor progress and resolve technical, commercial and delivery risks
- Collaborate with commercial teams on budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Ensure QA/QC, H&S, specs and project requirements are met
- Drive commissioning, snagging, and close-out including O&M manuals and handover
- Provide strong leadership focused on safety, quality, programme and delivery
Key requirements - 7+ years' experience in MEP Project Management / Construction Management
- Strong Mechanical & Electrical / MEP construction knowledge
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or engineering projects
- Relevant engineering, construction or trade background
- Strong understanding of project programmes, commercial management, QA/QC and H&S
- Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Data Centre experience advantageous
