Overview In this Project Manager role, you drive definition, development and delivery of robust plans for Technology and NPI projects within Edwards’ PCP framework. You will lead cross‑functional teams to meet scope, schedule and budget targets, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment. You’ll monitor performance, manage risks and governance, and support a smooth handover to production and technical support. Responsibilities - Create comprehensive project plans with budgets, schedules and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Steer NPI and technology projects through PCP gates, ensuring scope, cost and quality targets are met
- Track KPIs, report progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
- Coordinate cross‑functional work across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Product Companies
- Match resources and skills to tasks, addressing planning constraints
- Maintain project governance, communication strategies and stakeholder engagement
- Define and execute all deliverables aligned with PCP requirements
- Oversee product industrialization and smooth handover to production and support teams
- Promote continuous improvement across project activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards and PCP protocols
Key requirements - PM/Engineering/Science background
- Project management experience in engineering/electronics/product development
- Ability to deliver to scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives
