Leading end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will drive timelines, coordination, and successful activation while ensuring customers achieve measurable value quickly and are set up for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization across a portfolio of health system customers Facilitate cross-functional meetings with customer IT, clinical operations, and technical teams to ensure exceptional communication and alignment Own project documentation, track project KPIs, and contribute to the evolution of implementation playbooks and best practices Required Qualifications 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT Strong understanding of healthcare environments, including clinical operations and IT workflows Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
