Leading complex technical initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Project Manager will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to application modernization, system enhancements, and cloud adoption while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Key responsibilities Lead projects through all phases, from initiation to closeout, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes Define and maintain project charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and governance while managing day-to-day execution across multiple teams and vendors Establish delivery baselines and metrics, track performance, and facilitate technical and business decisions to achieve project goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, project management, or a related field Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience, with at least ten (10) years managing complex software development and cloud initiatives Experience with AWS cloud environments and Java-based applications, including managing dependencies and risks Strong command of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with the ability to tailor practices based on project needs
