This individual will play a key role in managing commercial construction projects, building relationships with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project budgets and profitability
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements
- Lead projects through successful closeout
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
