Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead and execute high-rise luxury residential and large-scale commercial ground-up projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale commercial and high-rise construction projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local government agencies
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and provide regular reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects
- Experience with steel and concrete construction required
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
