A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ is seeking a talented Healthcare Focused Project Manager to join its dynamic team. This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout SFL and surrounding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+
- Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
