Project Manager – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Location: Hybrid
Salary: $115-130K, depending on experience
Bonus: ~10%

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering team in a player-coach role . This person will lead projects independently, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance to the team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engineering projects from start to finish with limited oversight
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Assign work and coach designers while remaining hands-on
- Work collaboratively with the team and support project delivery
- Handle Revit, construction details, drawings, and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership and stamp work as required
Must-Haves
- Active PE license – required
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (no Civil )
- 5+ years of Revit experience
- 5–15 years of relevant engineering/project experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable independently managing projects and leading a team
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal oversight
