We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a significant ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains to Spectrum ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum) .
This is an onsite opportunity in Sterling, VA, near Ladbrook Drive . We’re looking for a strong project leader who can take ownership of the migration, coordinate technical and business teams, and keep a complex ERP implementation moving forward on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains to Spectrum ERP
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate across business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
- Support data migration, system configuration, testing/UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Identify project risks and proactively drive issues through resolution
- Ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the implementation
- Provide clear project status reporting and keep the overall migration on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ERP implementation and migration Project Management experience
- Experience with Spectrum ERP / Viewpoint Spectrum
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional ERP projects
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, MEP, field services, or a similar operational environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to independently drive a project forward
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains is highly preferred
- Experience with data migration, UAT, cutover, and ERP go-live activities preferred
