PS2G is hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the Procure to Pay workstream on a large enterprise transformation program for a major energy and utility client. You will work alongside the P2P Lead to keep work organized, visible, and moving. You will track tasks, follow up with owners, and make sure commitments are met on schedule.
This is a coordination role. You won't own functional decisions. You will make sure the team stays aligned, accountable, and on track. It suits someone with enterprise experience who is comfortable working with procurement, payables, inventory, and finance teams, as well as system integrators.
What You Will Do
- Track upcoming P2P tasks and give the team clear visibility into what's due
- Help maintain the P2P schedule, monitor task progress, and flag gaps
- Identify the business resources needed to complete tasks and meet objectives
- Work with the system implementer to make sure tasks are assigned and completed
- Record decisions, actions, and commitments, and keep follow-up records accurate
- Share regular progress updates with stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate with other workstreams to complete deliverables and reach milestones
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs
- Coordinate the documentation needed for implementation
- Measure project performance, recommend corrective steps, and help improve processes
- Follow program standards and governance, and suggest improvements where you see gaps
- Spot delivery risks early and escalate when progress is off track
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with software or digital applications
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow up and drive results without formal authority
- Comfort coordinating across many stakeholders and competing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with procure to pay processes
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience on ERP implementations or with system integrators
- Experience managing several projects at once in a fast-paced setting
